Because of a lack of downloaders’ cooperation, I will not allow anyone to upload this file to any BBS, online service, WWW site, etc. or use as part of any collection, CD-ROM, etc. without my specific permission. This file is being turning up in more and more places so it has become necessary for me to control its distribution.
I have had too many problems with plagiarism and lack of cooperation from morons out there in cyberspace. So the few have spoiled it for the many (or the many for the few — use your own judgment.)
